Focusing on meteorological disasters such as harvest-time rainstorms, late spring cold snaps, high-temperature droughts, and waterlogging with overcast skies during the growth of wheat and corn, the project aims to: Construct a monitoring and early warning system; Analyze disaster-causing mechanisms; Develop disaster prevention/mitigation technologies and products; Innovate emergency loss-reduction equipment. It establishes a technical system integrating "information, technology, products, and equipment" and spanning "pre-production, in-production, and post-production" stages for "disaster prevention, resistance, mitigation, and relief," ensuring disaster resilience during calamities and yield improvement in normal years. As the undertaking unit for the sub-task "R&D of Rapid Dehumidification Equipment for Wheat and Corn Grains", Zhengzhou Wangu Machinery Co., Ltd. developed rapid dehumidification and quality-preserving disaster relief equipment for wheat and corn grains under abnormal weather. The "Mobile Rapid Dehumidifier for Wheat Grains" displayed at the meeting represents the company’s latest technological achievement, featuring: A breakthrough in traditional grain drying processes and structural designs, enabling rapid dehumidification and quality preservation of grains during rainy harvest seasons to reduce mildew losses; A mobile design for quick on-site operations under adverse weather, suitable for rural households and planting cooperatives in Henan to handle rapid grain dehumidification during disasters. At the meeting, the company’s representatives reported the equipment’s technical performance and operation costs to experts and leaders from the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Henan Provincial Department of Agriculture. From June 9th to 10th, the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration convened the Second Science-Enterprise Exchange and Promotion Conference on the Integrated Application Demonstration of Green Grain Storage Technology in Guangzhou.  Zhengzhou Wangu Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the observation meeting display and related exchange activities. On November 21st, the Henan-ASEAN Grain and Agriculture Cooperation Conference was grandly convened at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.   On January 13th, inspection delegations from Nigeria and Indonesia visited Zhengzhou Wangu Machinery Co., Ltd. Su Guobao, the former deputy director of the Henan Provincial Department of Commerce, along with other provincial and municipal leaders, accompanied them during the visit.   Recently, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a notice titled "Public Announcement on the List of the 29th Batch of Proposed New Provincial Enterprise Technology Centers and the Evaluation Results of Provincial Enterprise Technology Centers for 2025," disclosing the evaluation results of the operational performance of provincial-level enterprise technology centers already established in our province.        Since May 25th, continuous overcast and rainy weather has occurred in Henan Province, leading to waterlogging in some areas of the province's wheat fields.
