Leaders of Shangjie District People's Congress conduct work research in Wangu

     In order to continue promoting the construction of "everyone holds a certificate and skills in Henan", a delegation led by Hao Bin, Deputy Director of the Shangjie District People's Congress, and Shi Ruijuan, Director of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, visited Wangu, Zhengzhou on May 19th to conduct a survey on the progress of enterprise vocational skill recognition work.

       Zhengzhou Wangu, as an established 25 year old manufacturer of grain drying machines,  has long attached     great importance to the skill training of its employees. It regularly organizes  employees to participate in skill training. In April 2022, in order to implement the high-qualitypromotion of "everyone holds a certificate, skilled talents" in our district and meet the needs of  improving the skills of enterprise employees, we officially applied for an enterprise vocational skillrecognition and evaluation institution, And it was approved by the human resources department in August of the same year.

        Director Hao Bin focused on inquiring about the progress of Wangu Company's vocational skill certification work in the past year and its actual demand for skilled talents. He fully affirmed  Wangu's training of vocational skilled talents and provided valuable suggestions for the company'sinternal certification work in the future. The chairman of the company, Lu Xuezhong, and relevant work leaders accompanied the entire process.
