The combination of enterprises and schools produces great achievements, and the practice base will cultivate talents

     Recently, Professor Ren Guangyue, vice president of School of food and Bioengineering, Henan University of science and technology, led a group of graduate students to Zhengzhou WANGU Machinery Co., Ltd. to participate in off campus practice activities. Zhengzhou WANGU Machinery Co., Ltd., as the graduate practice base of Henan University of science and technology, undertakes the task of off campus practice of some graduate students every year. Several senior engineers of the company have been employed as off campus tutors of master students of Henan University of science and technology to guide the practical activities and project research of graduate students.

      All the students who participated in the activity were students in the second and third year of the study, which were closely related to the research topic. Professor Ren Guangyue led the visiting students to visit the production workshop, drying laboratory and enterprise technology research and development center, and conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges with the relevant leaders and technical R & D personnel of the enterprise. Through practical activities, students have a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the products such as grain dryer produced by enterprises, and have a detailed understanding of the production process, structure principle and practical working process of the grain dryer. Students have expressed that they have only learned the abstract knowledge in books in the past, and have no perceptual knowledge of large-scale industrial drying equipment such as grain dryer. During the course of research, they always feel disconnected from production practice. Through the in-depth understanding of drying equipment through practical activities, it will be of great significance for future research.

       Zhengzhou WANGU Machinery Co., Ltd. as a well-known grain and slag drying equipment manufacturing enterprise in China, has long maintained the cooperation relationship between production, learning and research with universities at home and abroad, and has been listed to establish a number of practical bases in Colleges and universities. In recent years, the enterprise has undertaken many work such as personnel training, student practice and project test in cooperative colleges and universities, which has made important contributions to the cultivation of talents in China's drying industry and research and development of scientific and technological achievements!
