Our Rotary Drum Dryer (Rotary Dryer) is specifically engineered for high-viscosity, high-moisture materials, such as apple/pomace, brewers' spent grains (DDGS), soybean residue, cassava dregs, and municipal sludge. Unlike standard dryers, the Wangu system integrates a unique anti-bonding structure and heavy-duty design to solve the critical industry challenges of material caking and scale adhesion during the drying process.
This system is capable of reducing moisture content from as high as 85% down to ≤12% in a single pass, making it the ideal solution for the feed industry, biomass energy production, and organic fertilizer manufacturing.
Superior Anti-Caking & Uniform Drying
To address the stickiness of materials like fruit pomace (high sugar content) or soybean residue (high protein), the dryer features a heavy-duty dispersing device and a double-layer lifting board design. This structure ensures the material is fully dispersed into a curtain within the hot air stream, preventing agglomeration and ensuring uniform heat distribution.
Heavy-Duty Construction for Longevity
The drum body utilizes thickened steel plates (12-18mm), significantly thicker than conventional industry standards. This robust construction ensures resistance to abrasion and corrosion under prolonged high-temperature loads, drastically extending the equipment's lifespan compared to standard 6mm shell designs.
High-Efficiency Thermal System
The system is typically paired with a mechanical chain grate hot air furnace (coal or biomass), achieving a thermal efficiency of >90%. The grate speed is infinitely variable, ensuring complete fuel combustion and stable operation. Alternatively, the system can be configured with gas or oil-fired furnaces to meet varying environmental regulations.
Intelligent & Flexible Control
Equipped with variable frequency drives (VFD) and centralized electrical control, the system automatically monitors inlet/outlet temperatures and adjusts the drum speed or feed rate accordingly. This automation guarantees consistent output moisture content and minimizes manual intervention.
