Process Flow Overview
Wet grain is lifted to the tower top by bucket elevator → grain distribution device spreads evenly → concurrent-flow drying section (high-temp rapid moisture removal) → counter-flow drying section (medium-temp deep drying) → tempering section (moisture equalization, reduce cracking) → cooling section (cool to safe temperature) → continuous discharge → online moisture detection → qualified grain out to storage.
