Working Principle

 1,Wet grain is elevated to tower top. A distributor spreads grain evenly — even distribution ensures consistent drying.

 2,High-temp air (up to 160C) flows downward with grain. Maximum temperature difference = maximum heat transfer. Surface moisture rapidly evaporated, MC drops from 25–35% to 15–20%.

 3,Medium-temp air (90–120C) flows upward, counter to grain. Uniform temperature gradient = deep, even drying with no "dry outside, wet inside."

 4,Tempering: internal moisture migrates to surface, reducing cracks (<0.5% breakage). Cooling: grain cooled to safe storage temp. Discharge: online MC check — qualified grain to storage, substandard auto-recycled.
