Mountains of wet grain pile up. Without drying within days, grain heats, molds, and downgrades — tens or hundreds of tons can turn from premium to waste overnight.
Batch dryers handle only a few to tens of tons per cycle: load → dry → unload → reload, repeating endlessly with obvious throughput bottlenecks.
The continuous drying tower solves exactly this: wet grain enters the top continuously, dried grain exits the bottom continuously, 24-hour non-stop operation, 100-1000 tons per day.
This is not "a bigger dryer" — it is a fundamentally different working mode, like assembly-line production replacing one-by-one handcrafting.
The WGH series is an industrial-grade continuous drying system developed by Wangu Machinery for large grain depots, processing enterprises, and national grain reserve projects.
It employs concurrent-countercurrent combined drying: grain enters from the top, passes through concurrent drying (high-temp rapid moisture removal) → countercurrent drying (medium-temp deep drying) → tempering section (moisture equalization, crack reduction) → cooling section → continuous discharge, all without interruption.
