    The 5HH recirculating grain dryer is a medium & small grain drying equipment independently developed by Zhengzhou Wangu Machinery Co., Ltd. It is designed for grain planting cooperatives, family farms, small grain stations and grain purchasing points. It can continuously dehydrate high-moisture raw grains such as corn, paddy, wheat, soybean, sorghum and rapeseed in recirculation mode, reducing grain moisture to safe storage standards and minimizing losses caused by mildew and germination. Adopting drying & tempering recirculation process, grains are lifted, dried and tempered repeatedly inside the machine. Equipped with intelligent temperature control and discharge regulation system, it is suitable for small and medium batch intermittent drying, and is the preferred post-harvest drying equipment.

    The dryer consists of drying section, tempering section, grain lifting recirculation system and cooling section. Grains are lifted for repeated cycles, moisture is removed gradually in each cycle. The tempering process balances moisture inside and outside grain kernels to reduce cracking rate. Hot air exchanges heat evenly with grain layers for controllable drying. Compared with large continuous drying towers, this machine features smaller footprint, lower investment and flexible operation, suitable for batch grain processing in harvest season.
