    Wangu prefabricated grain steel silo is professional grain storage equipment matched with WGH continuous grain dryer and 5HH recirculating grain dryer. It adopts hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel plate bolt assembly structure, divided into cone base silo and flat base silo. It is suitable for transfer and long-term safe storage of dried grain. It can be equipped with ventilation, temperature monitoring, level indicator and grain conveying system to realize integrated post-harvest project of grain cleaning, drying and storage. Single silo capacity ranges from 50 to 15000 tons, widely used for family farms, grain cooperatives, grain depots, grain & oil processing plants and port grain logistics parks.

    The silo consists of silo roof, corrugated wall, reinforcing columns, silo base, manhole, access ladder and wind ring. All components are prefabricated in factory and assembled by bolts on site for fast construction. Double-sided hot-dip galvanized plates are anti-corrosion and weatherproof with good air tightness. Intelligent grain condition monitoring system tracks temperature and humidity inside silo, and aeration system cools and dehumidifies grain to reduce losses caused by mildew and pests. It perfectly connects with grain dryers to form complete production line of cleaning, drying and storage.

    Wangu prefabricated steel silos are widely used to match grain drying projects for transit storage and long-term grain reserve after drying. Enclosed grain storage realizes mechanized grain in/out to reduce labor cost. Intelligent grain monitoring system supports smart grain storage, meeting the requirements of grain reserve, commodity grain turnover and grain drying service for farmers.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

Silo components are shipped separately, steel plates, fasteners and electric control parts are packed for highway transportation. All parts are inspected before delivery.

Main structure warranty: 12 months; electric control systems for temperature & ventilation: 12 months.

We provide on-site installation guidance, technical training and spare parts supply. Minimum order: 1 set. Delivery cycle: 25–45 days (depends on silo scale). Payment terms: Telegraphic transfer advance payment or sight letter of credit.
