JLG‑Ⅲ indirect hot stove clean hot air multi-fuel & energy-saving heating

    JLG‑Ⅲ series indirect hot-blast stove is special heating source developed by Zhengzhou Wangu for WGH continuous drying tower and 5HH recirculating grain dryer. Adopting indirect heat exchange structure, flue gas and drying hot air are fully separated, so clean hot air is delivered without grain contamination. It can burn coal and biomass (straw, rice husk, wood chips, biomass pellets). RQL gas hot air furnace is available as alternative for different environmental policies. It is the core heating unit of grain drying line and can form complete post-harvest system together with grain cleaner, dryer and steel silo.

    The whole unit consists of furnace body, chain grate, feeding system, slag remover, tubular heat exchanger, induced draft fan, forced draft fan, temperature control system and dust collector. Fuel burns inside furnace, air is heated through heat exchanger, clean hot air is sent to dryer. Flue gas is treated by dust removal before discharge. It is suitable for low-temperature drying of corn, paddy, wheat, soybean and other heat-sensitive grains.

Application Fields

    Wangu JLG‑Ⅲ indirect hot-blast stove serves as heat source specially matched with WGH continuous drying tower and 5HH recirculating grain dryer. Widely used for grain cooperatives, family farms, township grain stations, grain & oil mills and grain reserves. Dried grain is transferred into prefabricated steel silo for storage, forming full production line of cleaning, drying and storage. Suitable for corn, wheat, paddy, soybean, sorghum and other grains. Multiple fuel options (biomass, coal, gas) available according to local environmental regulations.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

Furnace body, heat exchanger, fans and electric components are packed separately for highway transportation.

 All parts are inspected and pressure tested before delivery.

Main furnace body warranty: 12 months; heat exchanger, fan and electric control components warranty: 12 months. We provide on-site installation guidance, commissioning, operator training and long-term spare parts supply.

Minimum order: 1 set. Delivery cycle: 20–40 days, depends on heating capacity.
