    Developed independently by Zhengzhou Wangu Machinery Co., Ltd., the WGH series concurrent and counter-current grain dryer is a new-generation large-scale continuous drying equipment designed for large-scale post-harvest grain dehydration. It serves national grain reserves, grain processing plants, large-scale farming cooperatives, grain trading and logistics enterprises and other mainstream users. The equipment is applicable for continuous dehydration of high-moisture corn, rice, wheat, soybean, sorghum, rapeseed, millet and other grain and oil crops. It stably reduces the moisture content of raw grain to national safe storage standards, fundamentally avoiding grain mildew, germination and deterioration losses, and fully guaranteeing grain storage safety and commercial value.
    Adopting an innovative vertical alternating concurrent and counter-current drying process, the equipment allows grain to flow downward uniformly by gravity. Equipped with an intelligent temperature control system and variable-frequency grain discharge adjustment system, it eliminates the intermittent operation defects of traditional dryers and realizes 24-hour high-capacity continuous drying. The integrated structural design covers drying, tempering and cooling sections with no dead zones in hot air heat exchange and balanced internal and external moisture of grain particles. Working Principle & Core Advantages

    The machine adopts a modular segmented structure consisting of multi-stage concurrent drying sections, counter-current balanced drying sections, multi-stage tempering sections and final cooling sections, forming a closed-loop drying process of rapid dehydration — mild heat exchange — moisture balancing — cooling and shaping. In the concurrent section, high-temperature hot air quickly removes surface free moisture to improve overall drying efficiency. The counter-current section performs mild low-temperature heat exchange to prevent grain damage caused by high temperature.
