Your Challenges — Our Answers
In supplying grain depots and processing enterprises across many countries, we keep hearing the same difficulties. The table below lists the drying challenges overseas buyers care about most, and how the WGH series answers each one.
|
Harvest falls in the rainy season; drying floors are insufficient and manual sun-drying costs keep rising |
Fully weather-independent continuous drying at 100–1,000 t/d: intake and discharge continue normally through the rainy season |
|
Wet grain cannot be handled in time; it heats and molds, and aflatoxin over-limit leads to lot rejection |
High-moisture grain goes straight into the tower and is quickly brought down to a safe storage moisture of 13–14%, with batch moisture non-uniformity ≤2% — no re-wetting or heating in storage |
|
Grain above moisture limits must be sold at a discount, and traders cut into the margin |
Control drying in-house and deliver at buyer-specified moisture to sell at full grade price — the discount margin stays with you |
|
Diesel and electricity are expensive locally, so fuel cost makes drying unaffordable |
Five fuel options — rice husk, biomass pellet, coal, natural gas, diesel — so you dry with the cheapest local fuel; indirect heating keeps smoke odor away from the kernel |
|
No civil budget for a dryer building, and no desire to construct one |
The hot-dip galvanized tower installs in the open air on a concrete foundation only; from equipment arrival to first feed typically takes 3–4 weeks |
|
Unstable grid or low voltage raises concern about downtime |
All loads are motor-type at 37–180 kW; the plant can run on generator sets, and large motors use soft starters to reduce grid impact |
|
Skilled operators are hard to recruit and nobody knows how to run the machine |
One-key start on the PLC touch screen with automatic air-temperature and discharge control; English manuals and operating videos are supplied, and 1–2 operators trained on site can run it independently |
|
The distance from China is long — who will fix it and where will spare parts come from? |
Mobile-app remote monitoring and fault diagnosis with engineer guidance by video; one season of wear parts ships with the machine, common spares are supplied long-term, and a pre-season inspection can be arranged |
Why WGH ZHENG ZHOU WANGU
1,Quality first: low-temperature multi-stage drying with ample tempering suits seed and commercial grain alike. Head rice yield of paddy and kernel integrity of maize remain high after drying — appearance is price.
2,Batch uniformity: staggered angle-box air distribution with closed-loop on-line moisture control keeps the moisture spread small, so sampled moisture will not fail your delivery inspection.
3,No idle time in peak season: continuous intake and discharge support two-shift operation for the whole season; seasonal throughput per dollar invested is far higher than batch dryers.
4,One tower, many crops: paddy, maize, wheat, soybean, sorghum and rapeseed are all processable; switching crops only requires emptying and sweeping, so one tower covers several buying seasons a year.
5,Built to endure: hot-dip galvanized tower with rain caps and sealed inspection doors serves long-term in heat, humidity, sand-laden wind and salty fog; wear parts use abrasion-resistant materials for full-load seasonal operation.
6,Certified: manufactured under ISO9001 with CE certification available, meeting tender and import clearance requirements of most countries.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I choose the right model?
A: Match the model to your peak daily intake: choose a capacity at or above the daily intake so no grain backs up in the season — e.g. 300 t intake per day calls for WGH300. You may also simply tell us your planted area and we will work the capacity backward.
Q: How much moisture can be removed in one pass?
A: 5–18% per pass, up to 25% maximum. Very wet grain (e.g. maize at 30%) can be dried to 14% in one pass through combined sections, with no second handling.
Q: Can it run on rice husk or sawdust? What is the fuel consumption?
A: Yes. Rice husk, biomass pellet, coal, natural gas and diesel all work. For example, WGH300 drying maize at 5–18% moisture reduction consumes about 150–575 kg/h of standard coal equivalent; rice-husk consumption is roughly 2–2.5 times that — calculate with your local price.
Q: My voltage and frequency differ from yours. Is that a problem?
A: Standard is 380V/50Hz; 415V/60Hz or other national standards can be configured — just specify at ordering.
Q: Can it dry seed grain without hurting germination?
A: Yes. Paddy seed mode keeps grain temperature ≤35℃; low-temperature slow drying with ample tempering preserves germination, and several seed companies use it year after year.
Q: How long from order to first grain?
A: Manufacturing 40–50 days, ocean freight 2–5 weeks depending on destination port, on-site erection and commissioning 15–25 days. Plan backward from your harvest season; we can expedite to catch it.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T advance or irrevocable L/C at sight, with the ratio agreed in the contract.
Q: Can I see a running machine first?
A: Yes — video factory tours and live-run recordings can be arranged, and visits to our works or a nearby customer site can be booked. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is supported.
